About Me
My name is Anna Morelle-Grey and I live and work in Cardiff, Wales. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and hold a professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am a full Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a CCC Registered Counsellor.
I have had extensive experience working as a counsellor for a national mental health charity, and prior to this spent many years as a volunteer with my local branch of the Samaritans. It was through working at the Samaritans that I realised how powerful it can be for people to be given the opportunity to talk through their feelings, and it was this that led me to undertake a degree in psychology and then to train professionally to become a counsellor.
Although I offer general counselling and can therefore work with most issues I have several areas of specialist interest including depression, abuse, trauma, relationships, life changes, and working within the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community.
Aside from counselling my other interests include travel, environmental and human rights issues, and exploring the
coast and countryside with my partner and retired rescue
greyhound.
