About Me

My name is Anna Morelle-Grey and I live and work in Cardiff, Wales.  I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and hold a professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.  I am a full Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a CCC Registered Counsellor.

I have had extensive experience working as a counsellor for a national mental health charity, and prior to this spent many years as a volunteer with my local branch of the Samaritans.  It was through working at the Samaritans that I realised how powerful it can be for people to be given the opportunity to talk through their feelings, and it was this that led me to undertake a degree in psychology and then to train professionally to become a counsellor.

Although I offer general counselling and can therefore work with most issues I have several areas of specialist interest including depression, abuse, trauma, relationships, life changes, and working within the LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community.

Aside from counselling my other interests include travel,
environmental and human rights issues, singing and samba
drumming.
